Welcome Bead sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail concerns within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange.

We have taken great care in making your Welcome Beads so they will be around for years to come. The wooden beads and shells are painted with several layers to protect them from daily weather elements but we do recommend using them indoors or on a covered porch. 

• Due to the high traffic of a front door, we do not recommend hanging on the front door doorknob due to the potential for getting caught in the door. 

• Gold crosses and Pineapples are made out of fired clay and painted.  While sturdy, they can break if dropped or caught in a front door.  

We have crafted your piece out of the ocean's treasures which will have their own dings and scratches.  We take great pride in choosing beautiful shells you will love.  We also use recycled glass beads which have their own distinct cracks and chips.  Each handmade cross or pineapple will be distinctly unique with lines and markings from the process.  We are confident you will love each one, but if you are dissatisfied...please reach out so we can work to make it right!
