Meet the family behind Welcome Beads
What started as a mother-daughter craft project in 2017... has become a small family business where our passion is designing pieces that create a sense of welcome and beauty in your home. We comb the Lowcountry beaches and creeks to find oyster shells that are " just right" and use hand-painted wooden beads and recycled African glass to finish off each piece.

Each piece is unique
We have crafted your piece out of the ocean's treasures which will have their own dings and scratches. We take great pride in choosing beautiful shells you will love. We also use recycled glass beads which have their own distinct cracks and chips. Each handmade cross or pineapple will be distinctly unique with lines and markings from the process.
